Hacienda Cocina y Cantina at The Hacienda Beach Club & Residences at Medano Beach, Food and Restaurant photography by Francisco Estrada photographer Hacienda Cocina y Cantina. Food and Restaurant photography by Francisco Estrada photographer

Hacienda Cocina y Cantina, the signature restaurant at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences at Medano Beach, merges traditional Mexican architecture with casual beachfront dining for an elegant, laid back experience. Perched on the most beautiful quarter-mile of beach and overlooking the iconic rock formations of Land's End, Hacienda features open air indoor dining, outdoor dining on the terraza, a beachfront palapa bar and the ever popular "tables in the sand". We're also the perfect location for your Cabo wedding and all of your private events. Food and restaurant photography by Francisco Estrada photographer.

Hacienda's menu showcases the different regions and flavors of Mexico through expertly crafted authentic dishes using only the finest local ingredients. In Mexico, the word "casero" means "homemade," the type of food that is served in households all over Mexico, dishes that nourish your body and feed your soul- this is the style of cooking that best represents Hacienda Cocina y Cantina. With a menu created by famed Chef Andrea Blanco, and the kitchen helmed by the talented Executive Chef Uziel Torres, Hacienda features Mexican specialties from the Oaxaca, Puebla, Guerrero and Veracruz regions. Hacienda Cocina y Cantina uses locally and regionally grown produce that Chef Torres personally selects in order to feature the highest-quality ingredients.

To complement the cuisine, guests can choose from a variety of Mexico's best tequilas, locally brewed beers, handcrafted cocktails or a selection from the extensive wine list.
